Starters Home made pate of the day, served with crusty french bread Layered vegetable and pasta terrine wrapped in vine leaves and served with mild salsa Mushroom Tart - sauteed mushroom with garlic, herbs and cream served in a pastry case Mixed Hors d'oeurves - selected by the chef for a mixed appetiser Pear and Brie Toasts - slices of brie and marinated pear on a toasted slice of baguette, gently grilled and served with cranberry sauce Baked Avocado - half avocado filled with liptoi cheese, gently grilled and coated with soured cream Goats Toast - slice of french bread topped with cherry tomatoes, onion and parsley covered with goats cheese and lightly grilled Melon & Prawns - fresh melon boat filled with prawns and topped with marie rose sauce Roast Mozzarella - baby mozzarella wrapped in parma ham gently roaszted and served with cranberry sauce Smoked Peppered Mackerel
