The Sona Weight Management programme will provide your people with the inspiration, knowledge and support needed to make life changes and lose the pounds.
More than half of gym members join a fitness centre to lose weight. To help them achieve this goal, we have developed the Sona Weight Management programme – a practical 8-week course providing people with the right nutritional information.
The course will help people to make sense of the complex and often mixed nutritional messages that abound, and to pinpoint the critical issues relating to weight loss, long term weight management and optimal health.
Each evening session will includes measurements, topical tutorial, and exercise session for weight loss. The topics discussed will be:
